Mr John (Gus) Simpson
(Chief Executive Officer)
Mr Simpson has over 20 years of experience in the management of listed and unlisted mining companies with international operations. He also has extensive experience in corporate finance and equity funding within the resources industry. Previously held positions include Executive Chairman of Etchell Capital Pty Ltd, Olea Australis Limited and Executive Director of Tanganyika Gold Limited, Panorama Resources NL and Australian Mineral Sands Limited. Mr Simpson brings an extensive range of corporate and commercial expertise to the company.
Mr Anthony James Simpson
(Chief Operating Officer)
Mr Simpson has over 40 years experience in the mining industry in various senior management, technical and operational positions. Prior to joining Peninsula Mr Simpson was Chief Operating Officer of TSX listed GBS Gold international Inc from 2006 to 2008. Mr Simpson was also Managing Director of ASX listed Terra Gold Mining Ltd from 2004 to 2005, and Technical Director of PMA/Vanadium Australia Pty Ltd from 1997 to 2004. In addition to his extensive practical experience Mr Simpson holds a B.Sc.Mining Engineering (Honours) from Cardiff University in Wales.
Mr Mel Campbell
(Chief Financial Officer)
Mr Campbell is a qualified accountant with a post graduate in applied finance. He has over 25 years experience in the financial management of listed resource companies, including senior appointments with Robe River Iron, Ranger Minerals Ltd and AurionGold Ltd. For the past eight years he has been involved through his private company with the development of new projects and opportunities associated with Mineral Securities Limited, Jabiru Metals Limited and Troy Resources NL.
Mr Alf Gillman
(General Manager - Project Development)
Mr Alf Gillman has been appointed as General Manager Projects & Resource Development for Peninsula Minerals. Mr Gillman has over 25 years experience as a geologist in uranium, gold and base metals exploration. Mr Gillman has extensive uranium experience including the sandstone hosted deposits of the Karoo Basin in South Africa and unconformity style deposits of northern Australia. Mr Gillman specialises in resource estimation and advanced computer modelling. For most of his career, Mr Gillman has held senior management positions including Group Exploration Manager of Harmony Gold. Mr Gillman is a Fellow and Chartered Professional of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr Jim Guilinger
(Project Manager)
A geologist with more than 31 years in the minerals industry, Mr Jim Guilinger has completed numerous mineral market studies, resource and mining investigations for clients and companies around the world. Prior to forming World Industrial Minerals, Mr Guilinger was Director of Exploration and Development in Mexico for Eldorado, and the mineral arm of Texaco. Mr Guilinger's expertise is in managing precious, base, and uranium minerals projects from early exploration phase through reserve definition to feasibility study preparation.
Mr Al Berglund
(ISR Mining Specialist)
Mr Berglund has worked extensively in the uranium industry, with significant experience in project development and ISR mining. Mr Berglund was Chief Mine Engineer at the Irizarry ISR mine before working for Coleman Mining Inc and several of its subsidiaries, including Total Minerals and Malaya Resources. Positions held ranged from Mine Supervisor at Malaya to Wyoming Operations Manager at Coleman where he was responsible for all in-situ mining, restoration, well installation,regulatory compliance and surface construction activities. Since leaving Coleman, Mr Berglund has operated an extensive consulting business in the energy sector including serving as Development Manager for the Honeymoon in-situ uranium project in South Australia.
WWC Engineering
(Mine Permitting Engineers)
WWC Engineering (WWC) has been appointed to conduct the mine permitting program at the Lance Projects. WWC is based in Wyoming and specialise in regulatory permitting and ground & surface water hydrology. WWC has over 30 years experience in all facets of the Wyoming regulatory and permitting process and is already familiar with the Lance Projects having been involved in the rehabilitation of the NuBeth pilot plant at Ross in the 1980's.
Lyntek Inc
(ISR Mining Engineers)
Based in Colorado, Lyntek provide services globally ranging from process engineering and feasibility studies through to detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, plant start-up and pilot plants. Lyntek are highly experienced in the uranium industry having been involved in the sector since 1983 and have vast knowledge of mining operations in Western USA. Current and past clients include UR-Energy Inc, Coleman, Heath Gate Minerals Inc, Power Resources Inc, Sumitomo Uranium and also Wyoming based High Plains Uranium Inc. Lyntek will also provide various engineering and design services during the feasibility process.
Petrotek Engineering Corporation

Petrotek specialise in technical evaluation, permitting and field operations related to injection projects and have been appointed to provide the feasibility study for disposal wells in the Lance Project area. The feasibility study will evaluate subsurface zones for the disposal of fluids from ISR mining and restoration. Petrotek has completed numerous disposal well and related groundwater projects for ISR operations over the past 15 years, including clients such as Crow Butte Resources Inc, Energy Metals/Uranium One, Power Resources Inc, Coleman and UR-Energy.

Mr Jeff Campbell

Mr Campbell is part of the dedicated land and mineral acquisition team employed by Peninsula Minerals. The land acquisition team liaise and negotiate with local land, mineral and surface rights holders to secure further strategic holdings in the Lance Project area. This land and mineral acquisition process is ongoing and continues to add to Peninsula's already significant land position in the area.
Mr Pat Gochnour
(Senior Environmental Consultant)
Mr Gochnour has provided environmental service to the mining industry since 1981. Prior to forming his own company in 1994, he was Vice President of Environmental Services for Pincock, Allen & Holt and a division of Hart Crowser, Inc. He has also served as Corporate Environmental Manager for St. Joe Minerals, Bond International Gold, LAC Minerals & MinVen Gold Corporation. His areas of expertise include environmental audits, permitting programs, Plan of Operations and EA/EIS development, alternative siting studies, reclamation planning, environmental contingency planning, remediation and environmental litigation support. Past clients have included Phelps Dodge, BHP Billiton, Barrick Gold and LAC Minerals. In addition to these site-specific capabilities and experience, Mr. Gochnour also provides environmental and permitting feasibility support for project financing to a wide range of United States and international clients.

Mr Henri Lombard
(Project Manager)
Mr Lombard has 35 years of exploration and project management experience, of which approximately 26 years was with JCI Ltd working on a wide range of commodities throughout Africa. During the latter part of this period, Mr Lombard held the positions of Manager of JCI's gold and base metal exploration in Africa as well as Exploration Manager - East Africa. From 2000 to the present, Mr Lombard has been the Managing Director of Geo-Consult International (Pty) Ltd and is involved in numerous mineral projects including uranium in South Africa and elsewhere.
Dr Barry Millsteed
(Sedimentologist)
Dr Millsteed is an experienced sedimentologist with a PhD in Geology from the University of Queensland. He has worked with the Council for Geoscience in South Africa for 10 years researching the stratigraphy of the Karoo Basin prior to becoming a lecturer in Geology at two South African Universities. Dr Millsteed has been consulting to Peninsula Minerals Karoo Projects since November 2007 where he is applying his expertise to focus exploration activity.
